How to Play
Simple to learn — impossible to put down. Keep your eyes on the Ace and trust your reflexes.
Watch the Ace
The Ace of Hearts is revealed before the shuffle. Fix it in your mind.
Follow the Shuffle
Cards flip face-down and swap positions. Keep tracking the Ace — or guess where it ended up.
Tap the Card
Tap the card you think hides the Ace. Right card = points + new round. Wrong = −1 life.
FAQ
Answers to common gameplay, score, audio, offline, and privacy questions.
How do I play?
Three cards are shown, and one is the Ace of Hearts. Watch the Ace before the shuffle, follow it through the swaps, then tap the card you think hides it. A correct guess earns points and starts the next round; a miss costs 1 life.
What happens when I run out of lives?
Game over. Your score and personal best are saved, and you can tap Play Again to start fresh. You begin with 2 lives and earn an extra life every 10 won rounds.
How does scoring work?
Each round awards points based on card count, shuffle speed, and parallel swaps. Chain correct guesses to raise your combo multiplier: ×1 for 0–2 wins, ×2 for 3–5, ×3 for 6–9, ×4 for 10–14, and ×5 at 15+ consecutive wins.
My leaderboard score is missing or outdated — why?
The Game Center leaderboard shows your best submitted score. If you played offline, the score is queued and sent the next time Game Center connects. Apple's servers may also take a few minutes to update.
How do I turn off the music or sound effects?
Open Settings from the home screen and toggle Music or Sound Effects independently. Your preference is saved on your device.
Does the game work offline?
Yes — the full game is playable with no internet connection. The Game Center leaderboard is hidden when offline, and your best score is saved locally.
What data does the app collect?
None. The app stores your best score and audio preferences on your device only using iOS UserDefaults. No account is required, no data is sent to any developer server, and there are no ads. Game Center data is managed entirely by Apple.
